Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed for a new real estate brokerage in California called "Apex Real Estate". This real estate brokerage has the goal of managing hundreds of realtors that would all be using this logo. We are looking for a classy, modern, clean, and simplistic logo that will be timeless and allow for longterm use. The primary function of the real estate brokerage will be to buy and sell luxury residential real estate, but will also include all types of real estate. The goal would be for the logo to communicate trust as we deal with peoples most expensive purchases and sales. We would like like to see a primarily a black and white (maybe some gray) logo with a small amount of a bright accent color to make the logo pop.
