Brief de Design de Logo

Logo design needed for forensic psychology practice/clinic based in Northern Territory, Australia.
Centre = "Red Centre" = Australian outback/desert - to be represented by red/orange/earthy colours.
Sea = ocean/coastal - to be represented by blue/turquoise colours.
Interested in designs that incorporate some Aboriginal dot art, however, not necessary.
Ideally, logo to represent that practice/clinic services from the "Centre" of Australia to the "Sea" which surrounds all of Australia.
Wanting a professional style logo which is relatively minimalist/simple.
Logo Text (see below) to be spaced over two lines (CENTRE TO SEA = top line; FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY = bottom line), centred, in capital letters, in black or dark grey ink.
