Brief de Design de Logo

We'd like the concept and the script freshened up on the attached logo. We wan the over all feel to appeal to Charleston area townhome buyers in the middle millennial group. We'd like the script and the tree to be the same color density and we'd like the overall design to mesh well with the product we're building.
