Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a T-Shirt Design for our company Charlie Foxtrot, want the design to be on the back of the shirt, thinking of a circular design with the words " Charlie Foxtrot Airlines" with a C-17 flying out of the circle dropping the angel shaped flares. sort of a tribute to the evacuation from Afghanistan. Would like an illustrated old school look. Kind of vintage sketch feel. The plane should be a US C-17.
