Brief de Design de Logo

We are a 25 year old Tech company and we need to redesign our look. We are not opposed to looking at new colors and doing something new and radical. I will up load our current logo so you can see what we are currently doing. We would like to integrate a frog into our logo. this new logo/color scheme will be used on business cards, shirts, websites, etc. We are going to be using a tag line that says something like, "we eat the frogs so you don't have to" I am not needing this line in the logo, but it will be on our website, marketing material , etc.
