Brief de Web Design

Looking to work with a ui/ux designer that can provide an elegant, impactful and modern responsive design for a non-profit education/student success foundation website. The website will need to have a lot of visuals and elements with impactful statements. The responsive templates will later be parsed (this will be done by another developer) and converted to Concrete5 CMS templates. The organization likes bold colors with a modern sleek design. Typography is also key in titles and statements of interest. On-scroll visuals could be nice if it lends well to combining imagery and text. The site will need templates for a homepage, global sub-page, and contact page. Interchangeable block elements would be nice if we want to create other templates or change element positions.
