Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for a new HR/talent consulting firm based in Florida on the coast, we collaborate to design human resource strategies that attract and retain talent from universities, management excellence training programs, engagement action planning..Want to use something to reinforce the name of the company and interconnected nature of talent and teams in today's environment, healthy teams are connected, while using the ocean/reef/sea as analogy. Want the logo, company name and tagline to all be in one image somehow with BLUE/SEA/REEF as the theme to tie in with the connected/health of reef/teams... Company Name and Tagline is; Vivid Reef - HR strategies for the connected workforce. STILL trying to fine tune the company name.. Will be something Like Vivid Reef or Live Ocean..something to that affect..the logo should include the color of the sea..for sure..blue/green/black..My hope is that a logo design will move me to which is the best name. May use the word Limitless in the company name if that influences your inspiration..Limitless Sea or Limitless Reef - HR Strategies for the Connected Workforce
