Brief de Design de Logo

I want a logo that will look good on hats and tee shirts. I am not sure if a buffalo/bison head is the way to go or to try to emulate the Buffalo Bills logos somehow "legally". I am a Buffalo Bills fan and part of the reason why I named my business "Bison Controls,". If it can be similar to a Bills logo and not infringe on copyrights, then even better. Use your imagination. Also the PDF labeled yellowstone which is attached is my favorite rendering so far that i have found. The bison looks like he is charging but his eyes aren't red and smoke isn't coming out of his ears. Fierce but classy. Another company logo to look at with a bison in it is WhitePlains Capital bank. Another good logo to use as inspiration.
