Brief de Design de Tatouage

I would like a tattoo of my kids playing with their puppies. I want it kinda cartooney but not too cartooney. I only have pictures of my kids and their dogs. I want the artist to get creative about how the tattoo design will be depicting them playing with the puppies. This will be going on my right arm somewhere, I'm open to ideas. My arm is blank. I would like a significant amount of time and energy put into this design, and am willing to pay more for adjustments. Quotes should include previous work that is somewhat similiar and resembles what the outcome will be.
