Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

A cover for a journal for mental health.

This is going to be my first publication as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The journal will be far reaching and dynamic. Most of my patients always ask about a good journal so that we may track their progress as far as therapy and medications...setting goals, affirmations, effectiveness of medications, mood tracking, other signs and symptoms that should be measured qualitatively and quantitatively. (hope this helps) I want the cover to be catchy, and not just words. I would like a design that will catch the eye on book shelves and on social media.

I would like a cover for the journal have a design with something related to growth and power as it relates to the mental health field. I want eye catching for the cover with a great looking font.
