Brief de Design de Logo

Create ONE logo which includes both a team logo portion but also incorporates the existing brokerage logo (eXp Realty logo attached) as required by State Law. The final logo must include both the broker logo and a portion created for our team (Reel Keeper Home Team). Our team has collectively been in business for 40+ years listing & selling residential Real Estate , we have previous logos which are no longer relevant -we need a fresh reset. We have moved into the luxury space and the final logo must appear high-end.

• *** Pls, no letters smaller than REALTY in eXp logo *** Pls see example layouts, spacing is mandatory AND keeping the eXp Realty Logo the same is mandatory (we cannot change the eXp Realty Logo in any way whatsoever. #1- The eXp Realty Logo MUST be included in the final collective logo (required by law) #2-The team logo portion must not exceed the size of the brokerage logo portion (keep at least 50/50).
