Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are a moving company based out of San Diego, CA. We already have a logo that is Trademarked and we already have a design for the t-shirts that are uniform for our crewmen. However, since we have an employee gym at our office and a lot of our employees actually use it, we would like to provide sportswear to our employees (t-shirts, sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, fingerless gloves, etc.). Of course we would like all t-shirts to reflect our name and logo, but we would like these workout garments NOT to include any phone numbers. Also, lets go with just "Grizzly" and lose the "Moving". This particular project will be primarily focused on developing t-shirt design. We would like to see renderings showing similar design on a regular t-shirt, a sleeveless t-shirt, and a tank top.

Please see attached our current uniform t-shirts that our employees wear at a job. Also attached there are files with our logo variations and other elements of design.

We would like to see designs including brighter sportier colors, more of a "hip" look with unique design and unique positioning of the elements and logos.

A good example is Yonex brand that specializes in badminton-related products including t-shirts. Attached please find a photo of a Yonex t-shirt that has more of a plain design and a usual orientation/positioning of logos and elements of the brand - this photo is to show how we DO NOT want our design to look. Instead of plain boring design, we would like something similar to the other photo (also attached) of Yonex t-shirt that has a much more interesting design. You may get creative with including a moving truck in the design or other moving-related objects! Or maybe even play with the claws and the rips.
