Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Pasadena, CA named Duet Therapeutics. Duet is a clinical-stage company that has developed bifunctional oligonucleotides (think small chunks of DNA) to treat cancer. We would like to see the mechanism of action captured within the logo, which is an ON-OFF, Ying-Yang relationship between the two functional elements of the bifunctional molecule. We also would like to have the double helix (representing DNA) integrated into the logo. Please see the attached logo we've been using for Olimmune (we are rebranding as Duet Therapeutics), which we like but think can be improved upon. I'm also including a file that includes the color palette we'd like to use for our website, where the logo will be used as well. in addition to these colors, we'll also use brick red (#900C3F) and yellow (#D79922) for highlight and accent.
