Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a swimming instructor who's going to start my own swimming school and therefore I need a logo. I want to move to the Caribbean where I'll start my business, so I'd love for it to be a little tropical.

I've started on a design already, please find my idea attached (don't mind my art skills). I would love if the logo is a bit tropical hence the palmtree/sun/birds and illusion of someone swimming in the waves/sea. It's very important that the logo has a 3/4 circle (representing the duration of one class (45 minutes)). I'm not sure if I would like the name (as shown in the picture I attached) to actually be in the logo or not. I'd like the logo to be one color and maybe just have one or a few elements stand out by having a bolder/thicker line or something.
