Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new juice bar/sandwich/cafe based in Athens , Greece . Our product is nutrition juices , smoothies , snacks, sandwiches as well as coffees. We would like a logo design that it has a modern character , emphasizing the healthy lifestyle with a playful touch. Our customer segment is people between 16-50 , mostly active with interest in healthy lifestyle and consciousness for the environment. Middle class individuals that would like to have a healthier option during their day for brakefast, lunch, middle meals or early dinner.
The design of the store will give a house vibe with a minimal and modern and industrial influence. We would like the logo to be able to match that design because we are planning to create a signature wall displaying the logo in a big scale for photos .

I have attached bellow a sketch I made to give you an idea of what we are looking for . feel free to give us your input and experiment with it . I have also uploaded the logos of the 2 direct competitors so you can take an idea on what we have to differentiate from.
