Brief de Design de Logo

Newly registered haulage truck company. Need a logo that is professional but stands out. It will be be used on trucks, work clothing and business related documents. Would like it to include dark emerald green but I am open to anything that looks good. The design must stand out on a white truck as well as dark coloured clothing. The business name is HORIZON HAULAGE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. A logo with the full name for business related paperwork and one of just HORIZON for trucks and clothing would be ideal.
