Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my health and recovery coaching business. I am a certified integrative nutritionist and certified recovery coach, empowering people to make lasting behavioral changes so they can thrive and become the best version of themselves. I will be providing Health Coaching, Recovery Coaching and a combination of Health and Revocery Coaching. The design should communicate empowerment, transformation, and a life full of self love and abundance. I had two ideas with a caterpillar transforming to a butterfly. also possibly something with a sunflower I would also like to see your own ideas.
