If so, thank you it is clear which text to use.
Regarding images, please attach images separately in a ZIP file to the brief, that designers can see file size and optimal layout.
Please clarify, what is meant, I am quoting you " to be able to change brochure yourself ..?" I can provide you with InDesign Sources files and PDF files to update. Does it work for you? Hello, thank you very much. I need a template. Where I can customize the images and text for each house. You are welcome to use symbol images for the template. You can copy the text or simply paste TEXTTEXT. There must be space for pictures, space for floor plans, space for an object description, location description, price, other things.

Would you be interested in the final deliverable being in PPT (PowerPoint), versus being in Word?
It is way easier to manage/edit primarily graphic elements (e.g, not having to worry about how text wraps around an image) in PowerPoint, than in Word which is optimized to handle text.
I would maintain the document size (A4) and other specs per requirements, only changing the document type from Word to PPT.

It should be set up like the Word file, but in a different design. At the end I need the file in a Word format. because I would like to use this as a template when I sell another house, then I have to be able to adapt the images and text individually.
