Please stick to the colours in our logo (with addition of grey and white if needed)

• Predominantly white shirt with red and black contrasts. All-over coverage of t-shirt suitable for sublimation print. The design should communicate fun, fitness and the martial arts. We are family style business, not heavy MMA style.

Bien d'avoir

• Use the curve of the kicking man in our logo for design ideas. Also the words "discipline; focus; confidence; resilience; integrity; self control; leadership; respect; courage" can be used in the design

Ne doit pas comporter

• I've attached a t-shirt design in black/red/white which is a little heavy for my taste. Don't use this style.
