Brief de Design de Logo

Hi guys we are opening a new concept cheesecake coffee shop in uk, we will only sell cheesecakes, gelatos and coffee. Every product we sell is handmade fresh in store. We do not plan to only open one shop we want to create a brand so image is the most important thing, from the Logo, staff uniform, packaging, shop look and the company sign everything needs to create a wow factor and a desire for customers to buy our products.
We have a logo but i feel do not match the vision we have of a young positive brand it looks more (convetional, traditional)
Our staff t-shirts (uniform) will have the Logo on the left side, close to the Heart, and it will have written on the back: "The secret ingredient is always Love"
This will catch the eye of the customers when we are preparing coffees or milkshakes.

I posted the original logo for you guys having an idea of how it is now, it do not mean we can not completely change it and be recreated open for ideas i want to create a a wow factor.

Our target market are 20 to 45 years old urban workers but we also want to supply independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs with our delicious handmade fresh cheesecakes made in store
