Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a real estate team based on the coast of NC. We serve people looking to buy or sell property on the coast and surrounding areas. We serve Carteret, Onslow, and Craven counties. We would like to see the color blue and/or red. We are a RE/MAX team so use of the balloon integrated into the design would be good. The final design should communicate trust and expertise. My initial thought is I would like to see the use of geographical representation of the area we serve but I'm open to anything.
