Brief de Design Wordpress

Our current website is now old and stale. We are looking for a Wordpress design for a new website. Our company is a property development and property investment company. We have different projects that are under construction and have completed a number also. We would like to showcase these projects as individual pages. The projects are located all over the east coast of Australia and a mixture of retail, industrial, residential subdivsions. In the near future we are hoping to start a small property funds management division as well.

Current website is www.tipalea.com.au

We are wanting you to design a page for the each of following (total of 3 pages):
- Home page
- Project page (which will be used to showcase each development project). There are 4 active projects that we currently own and a number of completed projects.
- Information page (which will be used for about us, contact us, management etc.)


Feel free to go out of the box and wow us. We are open to new ideas.

It will be used by business professionals researching our company including:
- current investors
- new investors
- consultants (architects, builders, town planners, council, real estate managers/agents, engineers etc.)
- Bank lenders

We want these people to think yes we want to work with this company, they look like they are exceptional at what they do, professional, highly capable.

• Our Logo. Files attached. This can be modified if you think it needs to be improved.

Bien d'avoir

• We like clean looking websites.
• We will have some professional photographs taken of our current property developments once they are completed - two shopping centres that will be our signature developments to date. For the time being I have uploaded some aerial photographs on one of our projects under construction and also some nice photos of one of our completed developments. This should help with designing the project page.

• We don't like busy websites with too much going on and you don't know what to look at.
