Brief de Design de T-shirt

Im looking for a desiner to create a logo that represents the nostalgia of urban 1980's movies and celebrities. As an example, 70s and 80s blaxploitation and classics representative of African American culture. I would like to see blockbuster colors, but open to giving creative autonomy as it relates to a color scheme. I am looking to design custom made t-shirts, themed after the aforementioned. Please provide options for the logo to be placed on the arm, bottom and or back of the shirt after my personal design completion. Please provide several placement options.
