Do you require static (html,css,js) or design (psd) layout only or onepage/mutipage website design as well!

I had a few questions I was hoping if you could please clarify,

1) What is the current implementation of posts (post types or custom post types) and taxonomies(categories and tags) ?

By browsing the existing BootBomb website, It is my understanding the site uses basic posts/pages for all content types, and posts/or pages are built using the WYSIWYG editor and hardcoded links/urls are used to direct to various content.

I am unclear of what sort of tag and category structure is implemented and if currently the users of the site are:

a) able to filter posts by a tag, such as gender, age, feet type, feet condition etc..
b) able filter by category, such as shoe type, that is hiking boots, combat boots, walking shoes etc.
c) able to filter by rating
d) filter by a combination of various tags and categories mentioned above

If there is currently no implementation of custom post types and taxonomies for different post types, I was wondering if you are open to considering an overhaul/update of existing content to a more structured implementation of various post types/custom post types and taxonomies to make creating, organizing, and searching various products/posts a more flexible experience for the users and for maintaining the content in the WordPress backend.

2) Are there any specific WordPress plugins you are currently using and/or wish to integrate in the site redesign ?

2) Are the Logo, and the brand colors open for modification ?

We currently use a combination of parent and child pages, and posts. Most new articles will be from posts.

We would want to move all the articles from pages to posts in the future and have category pages instead.

2) Are there any specific WordPress plugins you are currently using and/or wish to integrate in the site redesign ?
As long as it uses the Gutenberg page builder it's okay.

3. Open to anything
