Brief de Design En-Tête

I'm looking for a new letterhead (heading/footer) design for my Sleep Consulting Business, I work with families to help their children improve their sleep.

The heading/footer will used in Microsoft Word Only-to be used for all of my documents such as writing Sleep Plans. I need to utilize as much working space in the document as possible. This will NOT be printed out on paper- it will only be used for heading/footer on microsoft word, then emailed to clients, who may print it at home.

My brand colors:
Dark Blue Hex: 1F2A42
Lighter Blueish Hex: 90BEC9

  The heading/footer will used in Microsoft Word Only-to be used for all of my documents such as writing Sleep Plans. I need to utilize as much working space in the document as possible. This will NOT be printed out on paper- it will only be used for heading/footer on microsoft word, then emailed to clients, who may print it at home.
  
  It should look professional on screen, and when printed.
