Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for podcast - but also to pop when on black t-shirts etc. Looking for neon style on black - particularly with a range of "cold" blues to imply cold temperature [like in the outer circle of attached file]. No names or dates this time around - multiple blue colours in neon would be great. Items like podcast microphones or craft beer references like frozen beer hops or frozen grain could be fun.
