Brief de Design de Logo

I recently started BC Telecom Consulting, LLC and need a company logo. Something that will be used for invoices, contracts, LinkedIn (potentially other social media sites), business cards, polos, promotional items, etc.

My initial thoughts are to do something with the letters "BC" in the logo. We are based in Salt Lake City, UT. So maybe adding a mountain range to the logo would be a cool idea? I'm really open to any ideas! My mind isn't made up on much. The one thing I have decided on, is the primary business color; which will be Forest Green.

Overall, I want my logo to look professional, and not at all cartoony or gimmicky. This will be a logo that gets added to blueprints in AutoCAD and other similar programs, so professionalism is a must! I also will need both a color logo, and a black/white version for use when color images are not allowed in the final documents.
