If the budget is to low then I guess you can reject it. The design you have of the skull faced welder was close to the idea I had but a few minor changes with my company name.

Yes it is open now. They had a design I liked and I wanted to use that as a concept.

It was. I was not expecting the that kind of design. But, I wanted to be open minded and the more we talked about the future of the company and my vision for it, this design made since to us.
