Brief de Design de T-shirt

We're looking for a T-shirt design for a group reunion. Hoping for a 1980s-inspired design similar to the albums and concert T-shirts of Journey, Asia, Boston or similar artists incorporating the attached logo.

The group were government workers involved in public safety work and created and adopted a number of creative, new techniques to make the public safer.

I've uploaded eps and pdf files of a version of the logo BUT if using that, the following elements would have to be removed for this project:
1) the bottom banner "Est 2014"
2) "2020"
3) "3rd Annual Reunion"

  2020 Shangri-La (with the word 'Cancelled' over it)
  2021 Corning, NY
