Brief de Design de Brochure

Design a simple ,visually impactful brochure that will articulate our company experience and services to prospective clients.

We need to project to have the following elements / structure:
1. Company Intro
2. Company Services
3. Experience
4. Contact Info
5. Images

I'd like to use icons and imagery as needed to illustrate services and experience.
This brochure will be emailed, so the final version will need to be compressed.

I've uploaded our Owner Rep Services, which has phasing, and services (within each phase), see attached. This info needs to be cleanly added to a brochure.

The "Why Citadel Construction Management" doc, copy, needs to be included in the brochure.
