Brief de Design de Logo

Creating logo identity for a real estate investment and home renovations company in The Bahamas. We identify properties that may require complete renovations to bring up their value and either rent or put them up for sale. We would like a bold logo design that can be easily used across all communication channels and will be timeless. The Bahamas flag colors (aqua blue, yellow, black) may be considered but we're open to a color scheme that will be eye catching. I'm sharing another logo for creative inspiration. I want the original PSD or AI file to be shared with all layers for the completed files. I also want to know the fonts used also and if possible have those files shared as well.
