Brief de Design de Logo
We need a new logo for our new travel company. The concept behind this company is to "experience the soul of each country." It will first feature Costa Rica and Peru as the 2 main destinations. Later, more destinations will be added....we have been running eco-adventure trips to both Costa Rica and Peru for over 17 years but want to now expand and need our logo to reflect a broader selection of destinations. This will be the logo for our umbrella company which will then influence all other design decisions. The company will feature only sustainable, eco-friendly and authentic escapes. Mainly group travel with some individual travel as well. I want people to feel inspired by the natural feel of the logo but I don't want it to feel too rustic (like nothing for backpackers ). I need the logo to appeal to a variety of populations but mostly to a mature audience that has the income to invest in more sustainable type travel options such as small eco-lodges and small group tours. My target audience will be from the ages of 35 to 55 year old working professionals that don’t have lots of time to travel but want to experience something truly authentic. I may add trips for 55+ as well so I don’t want the logo to look too rugged which would imply trips for only really active individuals but these trips are not cruises or all inclusive resorts type trips, they are for true travelers that want a unique travel experience… one that allows them to discover the soul of each country they visit. Key words: wild, natural, healthy, adventurous, authentic, eco, remote, professional, comfortable accommodations, unique, group, solo, trustworthy, experienced, inviting, etc....

- Must appeal to a more mature audience. Something unique that makes people believe they will be experiencing the true soul of the country they are visiting. Visually very appealing. Nature driven and dare I say organic without making it feel rustic and uncomfortable.
FONT: Play around with the lettering for example using a flipped V or triangle for the A. Do something with the O. Make sure the font is modern yet soft. Nothing too aggressive... can be distressed but not rough.

I like palm trees, the globe, the sun, imagines of nature but it cannot look cartoonish. must be more abstract. Something that can easily identify us by the image.

No plane or suitcases... no arrows... no surf boards....
Not cartoonish - we prefer more abstract.
Make sure it does not look too industrial or like we are selling electronics.
