Brief de Design de Logo

UPDATE:
Hi everyone, just to be clear. We no longer want a icon "m" in any way shape or form. Just a wordmark....

We are a successful real estate company looking to revitalise our brand.

We cover all things real estate, this includes:
• Residential Sales & Leasing
• Strata Management
• New Projects
• Commercial

Our company name is Ian McNamee & Partners Pty limited but everyone calls us McNamee. Our website URL is www.mcnamee.com.au to further back this up.

We are looking for a revitalised branding identity to implement across our vast amount of marketing templates. These include:
• For sale signs
• Property brochures
• Website
• EDMs
• Social media
• plus many more

Even though we sell homes we don't want a logo that has a house etc, ideally it would just be the name “McNamee”. Something that could also be introduced is the different elements of the business e.g.
• McNamee Projects
• McNamee Residential
• McNamee Strata
• McNamee Commercial
But again, not essential.

The feel of the branding is to be modern, simplistic and needs to resonate with all demographics.

Our company colours are orange, HEX Code: EE7822 with black and white also used. A light grey could also be used / introduced. We are also open to a new colour change, for any designs that demonstrate great use of a new colour palette.

Also showing an example on a Real Estate For Sale Sign would help. You could have creative licence with this as well.
