Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our farm, Nordic Pines Farm. We run a family farm raising/selling Highland Cattle, chickens, ducks, turkeys for meat and eggs, maple syrup and honey. We also have sheep, goats, horses, corgis and Belgian Malinois. We want the Highland to be the centerpiece with the others represented somewhere. We had thoughts of a somehow having a highland cow head from afar it looks like the cow but as you get closer you see the other animals that come together and make the cow. We are open to any other design.
