Brief de Design Étiquette

I am in need of a label for my coffee brand. I've attached my logo, and the label I've composed in the past. This brand has not launched yet, but we will launch within the week. I'm trying to identify other label options. I am familiar with Adobe Illustrator, enough to design what I have. What I'd like is a logo that is scalable, meaning I can easily change the name of the coffee. For consistency I'd like all of my roasts to have the same label, just different names and descriptions. I've included specs for the label, I'll be using the 3x4 labels for 16 oz bags. When you submit your design please follow the specs. There needs to be my company name and address on the label, however I don't want it to take over the label.
