Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a creative logo for our real estate investment company called 'HausHacks'.
We are a husband and wife team (one from Germany, one from the USA) and are currently scaling our investment business in the US.
Our name is coming from the american investment term house hacking but with the German word 'Haus'. We would like to see designs that use our company colors red (a darker red) and white/grey. Both 'H' in HausHacks should be capitalized. It would be nice to have a real estate related logo with the international factor of one of us being from Europe and the other from North America.
