Brief de Design de Logo

The Boat is called Kilauea. Kilauea is the name of a volcano in Hawaii. Our boat will ( hopefully) be carefully guiding us home - a Mum, Dad and 2 kids - plus various visitors along the way - from the USA to Melbourne, Australia.
The correct spelling of Kilauea has an accent above the i . ( which looks a bit like a T - please look it up online).
Kilauea means to spread/spewing.... now hopefully that doesn't mean we will all be spewing on the journey :) - that would be bad.
Examples of branding we like are Sailing Ruby Rose, London
The brand needs to be transferable to the Boat, T-shirts, Caps, Bags and Social Media.
As you can see the current branding is very minimal.

• Feature the volcano reference in the logo in some way.
  Needs to have strong sense of adventure and discovery - telling a story of travel.
  Kilauea needs an accent over the i - as per the traditional spelling.
  

Bien d'avoir

• Would be interested to see a play on the either 'A' in Kilauea being a volcano?
  The inspiration of 'Sailing Ruby Rose' is just an option that we have seen used. It looks like an old fashioned stamp in a passport and tells a story of travel. We are very open to different approaches to this - it was just a thought starter!
