Brief de Design de T-shirt

Here is a picture drawn by me that i would like to turn into a shirt design. for the most part ill like to keep it as is but cleaned up. Across the top i want cool letters that say ODD REBEL. Take this and work your magic. Give him gold teeth, gold ear rings, and bells, brown eyes, brown skin. That is a small afro that he has, black african american hair. There is a sparkle in his left eye i want to remove, and the dark spot on his nose. Add the 2 bells on the left that aren't in the picture. I think the background is fine as is or something like it but I'm open to ideas.
