I think this project brief needs to be overhauled. You have asked for 8 distinct pieces of custom graphics for $140 on an unguaranteed project. It's hard not to be insulted. If I walked into your establishment and wanted your team to work for me for a couple of days doing custom consulting work and wanted to maybe pay you $140 if I was really really happy with what you produced, what would you say?

If you are serious about getting some decent work done, you need to add another zero onto your budget.

I agree, this is an insult, you will not get anything for this kinda money, well nothing great!

Email me if you want to pursue. But when I convert the $ to UK sterling I am better off on the dole, please be realistic.

For the work you are asking it should be around $400.

It seems that I (and the other two designers that posted a comment here) jumped the gun. I apologize for us all. You may have guessed by now that we see this sort of thing (lots of work requested for little to no money) quite a bit and admittedly are a bit frustrated by it, however I should not have assumed that was the case here, rather I should have asked first if I had read correctly before I offered my comments.

Incidentally, there is another form of contest whereby designers bid as you say. I don't know how easy it would be to change this contest into that form though now that it has started.

When you say "letterhead template" are you wanting it in a program like Word where you can change it and then print it as needed? OR do you need the letterhead file setup so that you can send it to a printer?
