Brief de Design de Logo

Omni Engineering group specializes in several engineering related services not limited to LIDAR scanning, CNC cutting, CAD drafting and engineering, prototyping, and consulting. We are using the latest technology to increase efficiency and accuracy. With our parent company and several outside industry partners the majority of our work is maritime however we do not want to limit the scope of our services to one industry. We chose the name Omni because we offer services in so many engineering related directions. We can take an existing product of any scale and effectively and accurately reverse engineer it. Then from that data we can produce the tools and drawings necessary to recreate it.

At Omni Engineering group we plan to expand our services into the automotive, aerospace, and architectural disciplines. With our suite of scanning tools and software we can quickly and accurately step into any project and provide everything from raw data to new remanufactured tools and forms. Our parent company has over 6 acres of advanced composite shop with over 100 employees. They are currently one of the largest marine yards on the east coast. Omni will be the exclusive provider of scanning and engineering at this facility.

In performance automotive scanning can be used to change and recreate new parts. It can be utilized to quality control and record keeping.

In Aerospace again scanning is a great tool for mechanical audits, record keeping and quality control. From our extremely accurate scans tolerances can be measured and analyzed. We can provide this data to any company looking to assess a finished or partially finished project.

We offer 5 axis CNC cutting in a large envelope allowing us to cut all non ferrous materials. This technology is used in making end use or template composite and non ferris parts and molds.

LIDAR is a laser scanning technology the fires lasers in all directions measuring distance and then creating a digital cloud of finite points representing the physical subject in 3d. This point-cloud can then be converted with software and a skilled technician to CAD friendly surfaces.
