Médic-Or (and its subsidiaries Orientation Santé and Arrimage Santé) is one of the most renowned health care personnel placement companies (nurses, nursing assistants and beneficiary attendants) in Quebec. We have been anticipating our clients' expectations on a daily basis by providing them with a service delivery focused on excellence for more than 30 years.
Médic-Or (ProJ Care division) is also a leader in the placement of home care personnel in the Laval and Montreal regions. Since 1989, we have been hiring health and social services auxiliaries (ASSS). We have the well-being of all our employees at heart and work as a team to provide services of well-being, safety and comfort with the greatest respect for our patients.
We offer a huge choice of shifts throughout Quebec as well as many opportunities in remote areas.
We have decided to combine the brands under the same name Médic-Or and its subsidiaries (including ProJ Soins) become:

We seek to produce a new professional image of very high quality that will stand out from the competition by its impact, its strength and its feeling of solidity. We want to inspire professionalism and security.
We are looking for a logotype or combined (logotype + symbol) style approach.
It is important to know that we are speaking EXCLUSIVELY to nurses, nursing assistants, beneficiary attendants, ASSS and potentially other health professionals in order to hire them. Our marketing strategy is entirely geared towards talent attraction marketing.
The only competitors with a strong brand are: 24/7, Premiers Soins (and its Nordik subsidiary) and Code Bleu (now a Premiers Soins subsidiary).
Target audience: nurses, nursing assistants, beneficiary attendants, ASSS. Mainly women aged 25 to 60 (75%). Québécois (in all its cultural and racial diversity). Be careful, we don't want a feminine-looking logo.

I would highly prefer a logotype or Wordmark approach rather than a name with a symbol.
Think NASA, AMAZON, FEDEX, VISA, VANS, Disney.
Ne doit pas comporter
- Be careful, we don't want a feminine-looking logo.
Not sure about the "+" sign. If used, must be in a very original way, since widely used by competition.
NO leafs.
No lifeline with the M (don't like the pointy effect).
No stetoscope (too common).
Not a fan of the red/blue color usage.
