Brief de Design de Logo

We need a Logo design for my company based in munich. We create virtual and Live Shows, we do Set/Stage and Lighting Design and Modeling of 3D Stages. I want to have a clean design that is elegant. (I like steel and metal things from the texture site) The Message is virtual & Live and i want to see that in the Logo, you can even play with the word Show but its not that important than virtual & Live. The full company name ist virtual & LIVE Show GmbH.

I really like that logo for example from the texture side ;-)
