Brief de Web Design

I'm looking for my website to have JuliosAuto.com be the landing page. From there visitors will have the option to visit three pages. My auto dealer page, of which I will provide an example of how I'd like it done. Auto body page, where I will fill in the text. The rental car page. Basically on the auto dealer and rental page I'll need the ability to add vehicles and delete as I need. Otherwise, its a pretty straightforward site. Nothing extensive. I already have the logo design from a previous project on here completed and can provide. If more funded needed for page capabilities, I can provide. I do have an account with GoDaddy, with juliosauto.com already under them.
