Brief de Design de Brochure

Hi we are looking to get a slick looking brochure designed. It should be 8.5x11, open up to 17x11 and be a total of 4 pages. We are hoping that you guys have something pre-made and ready to go with a quick turn around.

Our target for this one is hotels. The front page should have a hotel of some sort on the front. Inside should say things like "You have pest problems, Coasterra Pest Control has answers" Maybe some information and statistics that apply to the hotel industry regarding pest control in California/United States.

I have a high resolution logo of ours that I can send over when appropriate.
