Brief de Design de Logo

Hi,

I am just in process of setting up a new coffee brokers / trading company providing luxury coffee beans initially to the Hong Kong market and hopefully China further down the road.

As things stand I will be dealing mainly with large roasters and wholesalers and not retail clients hence the branding / logo needs to give off somewhat a professional perhaps even colonial feel.

I cant decide on the branding so have put my 2 choices in the logo text box. Happy to see designs on either / or.

Thanks for all your initial designs.

I just wanted to emphasise that my company is coffee trader / broker so not selling the finished product (ie coffee in a cup) but trading the green beans - hence probably need to loose any references to coffee cups or any 'starbucks' look and feel. I think having some sort of bean in there is not a bad idea though. 

We also need to give off a super professional vibe - ie needs to give off a vibe of getting stuff done, reliable and perhaps even a colonial vibe. I would be thinking more Morgan Stanley / JPMorgan than starbucks or Costa.
