Brief de Design de Logo

At Nationwide Air Conditioning we are looking for a new logo which modernises our current brand image. The logo should portray our company as an air conditioning company focused on low carbon ventilation systems - HVAC including chiller works and project installations. We would like 2 options to choose from, the first will be a redesign of our current logo featuring updated elements (not the use of a map) and text. The second will be a completely new take on our existing logo. The new logo must not feature elements that are typically used for air conditioning logos this includes: tools, ice, flames, fans, snow flakes, etc. No houses as we are predominately commercial.
