Brief de Design de Logo

I own a plugin in the Shopify App Store that helps customers manage their returns. The app provides a customer portal where the end customer submits their email and order number, selects the items, and receives a prepaid label. The store owner has an admin area where they get notified about new return, moves it through their workflow, and can create rules and adjust settings.

The current brand/logo is really basic and generic so I am rebranding it to ReturnZap and will move the marketing site to returnzap.com. I want my customers to understand that my software helps them turn their painful return process into something that is simple, efficient, and quick.

• I think it makes sense to reference some sort of imagery that is related to shipping, boxes, shipping carriers, etc... if it can some how convey the "return" aspect vs the fulfillment option that would be good too.

• Perhaps include "Effortless Returns" as a secondary text, but I definitely don't want to always include it.
