Brief de Web Design

I am looking for a website design ( Home page and inner template page ) in a .psd format. The home page needs to have a large hero image what will function as a "slider", and have some highlight graphical areas/links to the following links "Public & Municipal Events", "Corporate Events", "Special Events". The main navigation needs to have the following nav links "gallery", "home", "about", "services" and "contact". Unfortunately the client does not have any nice hi-rez images ( this is a company that specializes is large fireworks displays ) so please use stock photography sample images from istockphoto since we have an account there an can purchase the photos if our client wants to use them. Our current full time graphic artist has been with us for a long time so we are looking at designcrowd as a way to add a fresh approach to design and possibly find someone we can work with regularly. Here is a few designs that in the way we display them for our clients for approval. As you can see there are a couple that don't have their own images so they are utilizing the before mentioned istockphoto samples. On the plus side we did manage to get their logo in a .ai format. We have our team for handling the conversion from design to html.
