Brief de Design de T-shirt

We offer group CrossFit classes and we are looking for some creativity for our next t-shirt design. We usually use just Defiance West vs. Defiance West Strength and Conditioning due to liking simplicity. We would like to at least incorporate our DW logo, put in the phrase "Iron Sharpens Iron" somewhere. Possibly incorporate a barbell, maybe a sword. We often use our blue, black, sometimes white or gray ink but can be open to other colors. Often a logo that can be put on multiple color shirts is helpful. We often prefer shirts with prints on both sides. These will go on t-shirts and tank tops.

Usually the shirts I create are very generic and I would love to see some creativity.
