Brief de Design de Logo

I need a great logo for our Jiu jitsu academy that is sleek, incorporates the elements and the words Alchemy Jiu Jitsu into one logo and one with just alchemy Jiu jitsu in the other.
Preferred into incorporate colors of the belts (white blue purple brown black) into the elements
I would like Alchemy Jiu Jitsu in white lettering similar to what is show below on a black background for one look.

The second look would be Alchemy Jiu Jitsu with the four elements included somehow and potentially the belt colors incorporated into the elements.

I would also like a separate image of just the elements with belt colors.
